	BIO Ms. Beauhall received her BS and MS degree from LSU in accounting and income tax. She served as Chairman of the tax department of H. J. Lowe & Company, a largelocalBaton Rouge accounting firm, and as a tax manager in the Baton Rouge tax department of Deloitte & Touche. In 1991 she left Deloitte & Touche to form a private tax practice. In 1996 she assumed the position of Tax/Mergers & Acquisitions manager for International Biochemicals Group, Ltd. and added the title of CFO in 1997. In 1996-1997 she served as president of the Baton Rouge Chapter of CPAs with a membership of over 1,000 CPAs and board member of the Louisiana State Society of CPAs with a membership of over 6,500 CPAs.
